The birthday party offers guests the chance to celebrate their own stories through a series of hands-on activities, using their “Passport to Adventure” as a guide.

“ Everyone has a story inside. And almost always more than one,” Kelley describes. “Stories create understanding across cultures and they are fun for all ages.”

Driving With the Top Down is one tool Kelley uses to help develop creativity, collaboration and innovation in the workplace. She uses the power of story as a key selling point to market a combination of management consulting services, training programs and writing workshops designed to improve worker performance by engaging their creativity and problem solving skills.
